Santi is a top flamenco guitarist from Valencia, Spain. He first learned to play guitar from his Father, a semi pro guitarist, at age 7. He studied classical guitar, then later, jazz and flamenco.

After jazz studies at the Academy in Barcelona, he was offered a scholarship at Berklee School of Music in Boston, USA, but declined and continued alone to forge his own unique and remarkable style, drawing inspiration from a wide range of musical styles.

In 2004 he was invited to tour the USA with the Boston Flamenco Ballet as their solo guitarist, visiting 53 states during an intensive 3 month tour. He returned in 2006, playing with the same company during another 3 month tour.

Santi has performed as soloist and band member in various groups in Spain since, coming to the UK, on invitation, in May 2009, to play one concert, and he is now based in Sussex.

He plays flamenco recitals in concert halls, festivals and similar venues, as well as bookings for clubs, restaurants, and events such as garden parties and weddings. He can offer a wide range of styles from pure flamenco, contemporary flamenco, jazz, bossa nova,samba and guitar music of South America.
